Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead our hotel business operations in Trichy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring long-term profitability. The CEO will oversee all aspects of hotel management, business development, and operational efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute long-term business strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Drive the overall performance and profitability of the hotel, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including rooms, food and beverage, and events management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and key partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of department heads and staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial health of the company, including revenue growth, expenses, and budgeting.
  • Implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations in the hotel industry.
  • Represent the hotel in high-level negotiations and public relations matters.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends to expand business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing hotel operations and driving profitability.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market and industry trends.
