Automation Testing- Quality Assurance- Sr Product Delivery Associate

The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), Product Owner will be responsible for driving key initiatives within the Lending Simplification roadmap. Projects will range in scope to include process re-engineering, creating new functionality & capabilities, implementing new systems, conversions, end-user testing & training, development of SOP’s and the facets of program management required to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the changes. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as quality gate for the product team
• Should have worked in end-to-end testing for 12+ years
• Should have working knowledge of Selenium tool and other automation tools used in the industry, must have worked at least for 2 years on Selenium with Java
• It’s an individual contributor role but needs collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Should be able to write various testing strategy for every release (regression, smoke, unit testing)
• Should be able to do manual functional testing
• Should be able to define overall regression suite for the product
• Track and collaborate with PO and AD to ensure automation testing is completed on time
• Provide various testing metrics to management and stakeholders on regular basis
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties. 
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Key Skills & Attributes :

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 - 12 years’ experience including minimum of 3-5 years of experience in testing preferably for commercial lending or experience in Financial industry
• Selenium Tool knowledge
• BDD knowledge
• Gherkin script knowledge
• Understanding of end-to-end automation process
• Deep knowledge of various testing at different level of SDLC
• Agile knowledge
• Good understanding of Jira, including JQL and dashboarding
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
• Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans

Note : This position is work from office on Mon-Wed-Fri and shift timings are 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
