Role Description


Business Management role in Corporate Bank Cash Management Technology Team, roles is part of Group COO organization with business responsibility for TDI – CB Tech.


Business Management is responsible for strategy and planning to align business operations with the bank's mission and goals.


Having strong experience in financials including providing financial commentary catered differently to various stakeholders. Drive governance processes and best practice.


  • Facilitate annual planning exercise for the department working closely with the business and program teams. Track implementation of budgets into db Clarity vs targets set by business. Support the generation of business cases and benefit plans.
  • Portfolio Management Governance and monitor adherence to prescribed Toll Gate and Health Check Processes. Ensures program teams meet all central requirements and timelines. Ensures appropriate governance structures are in place across the portfolio.
  • Facilitate adherence to headcount target operating model including vendor management and support of location strategy implementation.
  • The role will also include leadership responsibilities, such as, leading and collaborating across teams, communications, mentoring and teaching, discovering new techniques and helping others to adopt them, leading by example.

Your key responsibilities

Your skills and experience


  • Proven track record of performance in a Business Management or senior PMO role.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, especially excel & power point, experience of dbClarity would be an advantage.
  • Workforce management and direct working experience in Workday would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, responsiveness to tight deadlines and to effectively prioritise multiple conflicting tasks
  • Confident communicator, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders in both the IT and business worlds
  • Ability to work either independently or as an integral team member sharing ideas
