Who we are looking for


State Street’s Corporate Audiovisual Services team in the Global Technology Services organization is looking to hire a CAVS Engineering Lead in India. This position will support a large financial services corporation in the administration and functionality of its audiovisual services throughout India, working with a global team to ensure all projects and operations follow global team standards. The role requires strong expertise in Unified Communications engineering, including administrating, technical engineering, change management, and L4 troubleshooting support. You will collaborate with other UC admins/engineers to ensure seamless functioning of UC software platforms employed by the CAVS team. The candidate will also be an escalation point for CAVS day-to-day operations and end-user communications at senior employee levels. They will be expected to tactically support the resolution of technical, resource and people needs by facilitating the process and coordinating various actors.  The ideal candidate must demonstrate proven engineering competency, earning the trust and respect of end-users by ensuring that audiovisual staff, services, and vendor support are managed with technical excellence.

What you will be responsible for


As a Technical Escalation Manager you will


  • Overseeing daily service delivery of Collaborative Communications platforms, including architectural engineering, support management, senior SME escalation (L4), technical change management, and reporting. Key tasks include: 
    • Collaborating with networking, desktop, software deployment, information security, hardware teams, service vendors, and business users before, during, and after transformation. 
    • Providing guidance and support for enterprise conferencing solutions like Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, and UCaaS in large organizations. Preferred experience in network operations, IPTV, VOD, digital signage, and platform integrations. 
    • Reviewing and configuring network architecture for Audiovisual, Video Conferencing, and UCaaS Platforms managed by Corporate Audiovisual Services Team, covering on-prem & cloud development, modernization, support management, ITVM ticket requests, tracking, senior SME escalation (L4) and interfacing with IT towers, vendors, and business users. 
    • Managing AV/VC/UC Platform and device certifications and password rotations. 
    • Handling technical change for department projects and platforms. 
    • Investigating and testing new platform features and technologies.
    • Configuring and managing connection between identity provider and service provide by working with identity provider engineers (SSO, IDAM).
    • Ensures both effective operations within the CAVS team, and manage team as a functional lead in India
  • As a Corporate Audiovisual Services Escalation Specialist, you will act as the primary escalation point for various operational needs within the India CAVS team. Key tasks include:
    • Escalating support for executive events such as town halls, board meetings, client events, and offsite events. You will collaborate and communicate with event planners, local stakeholders, executive admins, local IT representatives, and Corporate Audiovisual Services management on AV logistics and planning
    • Be a representative to the India region on behalf of Corporate Audiovisual Services operational suppoert. Ensuring the following business-as-usual practices are being adhered to:
      • Conference Room System health checks
      • Meeting support
      • Syustems integration project assistance
      • Indicent Resolution
      • Request item fulfillment
      • End-user communications
      • Vendor coordination for site visits/issue resolution/end-user support

  • Ability to work in a team to create technical procedures, documentation and service improvements.
  • Ability to converse with network architects and engineers to ensure clarity and timeliness of action items and changes required for service implementation and needs.
  • Creative and effective problem solving, root-cause analysis, and resolution follow through
  • Proven track record in fostering inter- and intra-team relationships, collaborating across departments, and engaging effectively at all organizational levels.

    • BiAmp, QSC, Crestron, Neat, Logitech, DTEN, Cisco, Haivison etc. is a plus

Good to have skills


  • 5 years prior work experience working within a client service role in Collaboration/Corporate Audio Visual Services and 15+ years of relevant work experience working with large, enterprise clients
  • Resource creation and configuration in Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience preferred with Zoom Sessions webinars
  • Microsoft, Avixa, and/or other IT/AV organization certification
  • B.S. degree in a related field
