2. Maintain records of day- to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
3. Mentor associates providing expertise and guidance
4. Identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Manage stakeholder expectations, building strong relationships.
6. Ensure high quality work products, implementing quality control measures.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- 2 Years work experience
