As a COR, you are responsible for the cash office and shop floor administration. You train, inform and support the store team to ensure they are knowledgeable and competent in store stock, cash, banking and administration procedures.
Meeting the expectations of customers and colleagues at all times, as well as following H&M procedures and standards.
This position reports to the Store Manager and do not have anyone as direct reportee.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for the review, carry out and correction of the hour/payroll calculations of the employees in the store.
2. Ensure the cash office space is well organized, tidy and set up as per the best practices to ensure efficiency and good ways of working.
3. Ensure store's compliance and legal requirement with all cash office routines for store audit.
4. Responsible for training and follow up in the store on check out, cash point procedures and routines linked to all areas of responsibilities.
5. Handle all internal & security related information, confidential and in line with H&M guidelines and routines.



Qualifications

To be successful in the role as Cash Office Responsible, we believe you have the below mentioned skills & experiences:
• Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job, passionate for customer service and helping people find their style
• A multi-tasker & flexible who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail and who is ethical to cash handling.
• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome
• Management experience in a customer-facing environment
• Previous experience of admin and managing teams



Additional Information

This is a full-time position for our store  in Surat. The position reports to the Store Manager.
