Job Description


Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to focus on university recruiting and talent engagement. This role will support campus and non-campus pipeline-building efforts while leveraging influencer marketing techniques to create and maintain strong talent pools through engaging strategies.


University Recruiting :


  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Business leadership to define early career hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute Campus Recruitment plan end to end 
  • Build and maintain relationships with top universities across India
  • Collaborate with career services, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Design, implement, and manage early career programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and graduate trainee programs.

Talent Community Management:


  • Build, maintain, and nurture campus & experienced talent pools, ensuring sustained engagement through targeted outreach and meaningful interactions. Track and analyse engagement metrics.

Talent Attraction & Engagement:


  • Leverage influencer marketing techniques to attract and engage top talent, utilizing social media campaigns, employee ambassadors, and alumni networks etc
  • Collaborate with employer branding teams to develop impactful campaigns and initiatives that enhance visibility among   talent.
  • Drive initiatives to attract a diverse candidate pool.

Data & Reporting:


  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership.

 Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.


Experience: 6-10 years in campus recruitment or university relations, preferably in tech.


Diversity & Inclusion: Strong commitment to fostering diverse talent pipelines.


Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.


Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.


Organization: Strong project management and attention to detail.


Technical: Proficient with recruitment software and tools.
