Job Description


Strategic Planning & Execution


  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand and define early career hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy aligned with the company's talent acquisition goals.

University Partnerships


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top universities and educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to promote Experian as an employer of choice.

Talent Attraction & Engagement


  • Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, info sessions, workshops, and on-campus interviews.
  • Drive initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates through various engagement activities.

Candidate Management


  • Manage the full lifecycle of campus recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.

Data & Reporting


  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on campus recruitment activities and outcomes.

Employer Branding


  • Promote Experian employer brand on campuses through strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Develop and distribute engaging content that highlights the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in campus recruitment or university relations, preferably in a product or tech-focused company.
  • Proven track record of successful campus recruitment and university partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and a commitment to fostering diverse talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
