Your Role

• Partner with TA team and managers to assist with coordinating/scheduling all phases of the interview process, ensuring best[1]in-class candidate & hiring manager experience
• Create effective job advertisements, ensuring maximum network outreach.
• Screen & interview candidates for intern and graduate vacancies.
• Support employer branding initiatives, collaborating with the wider HR teams.
• Support local TA digital marketing and communications initiatives.
• Support TA evolution by identifying ways we can operate more efficiently.

Perform various administrative tasks that support the TA team.

Your background:

• 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience
• University degree
• Ability to create relations and work with people
• Effective communication
• Ability to organize own work
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of MS Office
