CA with SAP Experience

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in SAP and prior experience in the manufacturing sector or large-scale organizations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and enhancing financial strategies to contribute to the company's growth.

1. Financial Management & Reporting:
   

   
   
   • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely submission.
     
   • Implement and maintain financial controls and accounting processes.
     

2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
   

   
   
   • Develop and manage the company’s annual budget in alignment with business goals.
     
   • Monitor financial performance, prepare variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
     

3. Cost Management:
   

   
   
   • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in manufacturing operations.
     
   • Implement and monitor cost controls to optimize profitability.
     

4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance:
   

   
   
   • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
     
   • Manage audits, coordinate with auditors, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
     

5. SAP Management:
   

   
   
   • Ensure accurate and efficient use of SAP for financial and accounting operations.
     
   • Oversee the integration of SAP with other business functions, ensuring seamless operations.
     

6. Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
   

   
   
   • Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity.
     
   • Monitor fund utilization and plan for future financial needs.
     

7. Internal Controls & Auditing:
   

   
   
   • Strengthen internal controls, conduct regular audits, and mitigate financial risks.
     
   • Develop risk management strategies in coordination with senior management.
     

8. Financial Strategy Development:
   

   
   
   • Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing financial insights and analysis.
     
   • Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and support long-term business goals.
     

9. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
   

   
   
   • Lead the finance team and mentor junior staff to ensure efficient operations.
     
   • Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to support business decisions with financial analysis.
     

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector or large-scale organizations.
  
• SAP Expertise: Strong working knowledge of SAP software for financial operations.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws and statutory requirements.
  
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
