Principal Responsibilities


1. Manage and or /Assist in completing various reconciliation like faxes / email reconciliation / MT message reconciliation with GMG etc at period intervals.


2. Checking the template received from the various operations units for bulk scrip code master creation.


3. Monitoring the exceptions for Stock Price / NAV process.


4. Monitoring the Admin reject queue for MT messages.


5. Generation and uploading of E-BRCs on GST portal.


6. Adhering to Service Level Agreements and Operational Memorandum committed to clients, external parties and internal units


7. Contribute towards improvement of productivity of self and team.


8. Maintaining a good relationship with internal customers like Client Service team, other units within DCC and bank.Ensuring internal deadlines are met to meet the overall objective of ensuring excellent service to clients.


9. Maintaining HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
