About team & About Role


As an intern in the reporting team of Rubrik, you will play a role in facilitating the audit and related compliance for Rubrik’s International entities in the APAC & EMEA region. You will work closely with the core GL accounting team to assist in the statutory audit , financial statement preparation process and any other compliances as required.


You will be working with various stake holders within Rubrik to understand the accounting records, review documentation, compile PBC lists and review the correctness of data captured in the Financial statements. You will also be working with the reporting team to get the Rubrik India direct and Indirect tax compliances completed with the due dates, assist in secretarial compliances etc.


We are seeking motivated students who are keen to learn on the Job and add value to the process. You should have good written and oral communication skills. The candidate is expected to have had basic exposure to accounting, audits and financial statements. Experience in secretarial, direct tax requirements and indirect tax requirements for India would be an added advantage. Logical thinking and organisation skills is also required for this role.


 


Key Responsibilities


  • Preparation of templates for audit documentation


  • Maintenance of various entity PBC lists


  • Document collation and organisation


  • Validation of numbers and data in financial statements


  • Validation of numbers in all filings, representations and submissions


  • Assist in audit coordination, follow ups and completion.


  • Assist in month end Accrual process


  • Coordination for the completion of legal and secretarial compliances.


Requirements


  • Undergoing CA Articleship 


  • Eligibility for Industrial training for a minimum of 12 months without any break


  • Should have completed both groups in CA Intermediate level


  • Basic MS office skills
