C# .Net Technical Lead /Lead Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a a Lead Consultant  Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team of developers proficient in C#, ASP.NET, Python, SQL in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Architecture and Design: Architect scalable and efficient systems using appropriate technologies and modern architectural patterns (Microservices, serverless, etc.).
• Code Quality and Review: Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the delivery of robust and maintainable code across different technology stacks.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities.
• Mentorship and Development: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
• Problem Solving: Analyse complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions that leverage the strengths of different technologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written English and oral communication skills
