In this role, you will become fluent with these upstream data models and content, as well as the downstream visualization tools, both of which are critical in producing quality outputs. You will be a member of a team that will look to drive improvements through automation/optimization of the processes to gain efficiencies and enable faster transition to the steady state, and you'll be accountable for client engagements for which these solutions are delivered. This will require skills in project management and client communication as you participate in problem solving sessions with clients, consultants, and practice leadership.
The analytical assets you will deliver range from market intelligence dashboards to support exploration of the historical and future market landscape, payer financial reports used to find potential opportunity areas in P&L, claims based analytics to understand emerging utilization trends/benchmark costs by procedure, and healthcare profit pools analysis.

You will be viewed as the primary point of contact for growing, scaling and innovating within that asset/solution.
We are a team that is very entrepreneurial; as such, we are looking for someone with the desire to constantly make things better, which can include working with the HI Leader to innovate on the end-to-end solution delivery chain, injecting QA tools and processes, increase automation, and recommend user-centric product enhancements in alignment with the Healthcare Insights asset roadmap and emerging client needs.
You will get opportunity to actively engage with front line client teams across verticals viz private equity, payer, provider and public sector where you would be deploying HI proprietary assets after going through relevant training. We have active pipeline of private equity clients where we deploy claims-based market sizing/growth driver tool as well as physician hotspotting tool which informs which are attractive markets to grow/expand. On payer side, we serve employer based, individual as well as government sponsored clients and create solutions for them on topics related to payer financial modelling, pricing/product designing, acquisition/retention.
