What You’ll Be Doing
- Consults with Human Resources business partners to facilitate management and employee understanding of Arrow’s total reward systems. Educates, mentors, and trains all Human Resources staff on compensation processes, practices, and programs. Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices. Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
- The incumbent need to provide support with India-specific benefits, such as insurance renewals and reviews, as well as incentives processing. Knowledge of the India compliance framework related to compensation and benefits—such as PF, Wage Code, and Factory Act—would be an added advantage.
- Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position. Participates in domestic and international third-party compensation surveys. Evaluates external market compensation data to ensure the competitiveness of Arrow’s salary structures, incentive programs and other pay practices. Ensures appropriate job matches of Arrow’s jobs to survey positions.
- Audits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements. Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment. Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions and organizational structures. Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.
- Assist in the administration of the annual performance increase process including: administration of the compensation planning system, analysis, communication and delivering training to HR Consultants, Business Partners, etc.
- Prepare special studies and recommendations on all compensation related programs and plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits related role
- Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge in Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
