Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain and procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.


You'll lead the supplier selection process, ensuring the integrity and excellence of our supply chain. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Global Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance), manage contracting activities, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of the Request for Quotation process, as well as leading project negotiations. You will also promote the Alstom Code of Ethics, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Setting up full supplier selection processes and creating supplier contracts


  • Preparing and launching of Request for Quotation with suppliers


  • Leading project negotiations


  • Monitoring Procurement project QCDT & legal project evolution


  • Ensuring work package sheet commitment respect


  • Managing Contracting activities and Supplier Contract execution


  • Supporting commodity strategy development

  • Degree in Engineering (EEE/ECE/Mechanical)


  • Experience or understanding of sourcing and contract management (5-10 years)


  • Knowledge of procurement processes and legal awareness


  • Familiarity with matrix environments and international contexts


  • A Master's Degree in SCM/Procurement is desirable but not mandatory.


  • Strong communication skills and team spirit


  • Results-oriented with a rigorous and structured approach
