Business UAT Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Campaign Testing Analyst at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking- Data and Analytics, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Interact with campaign management, project management, and development teams to thoroughly understand project and campaign objectives, as well as testing goals.
• Develop and lead the test strategy and efforts, efficiently generating scripts for both manual and automated testing cycles.
• Review campaign requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project materials to ensure the quality of the test suites being developed.
• Collaborate with business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance.
• Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all developed test objects and utilized test environments.
• Create and maintain job aids and procedures associated with testing standards for the Card marketing validation team.
• Support production deployment of campaigns and perform validation testing during off-hours or weekend release windows.
• Identify process gaps with a keen eye and streamline processes effectively.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in E2E campaign testing across emails, Direct mail, microsites.
• Experience in campaign processes and ability to understand various channels of communications to customers
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate effectively with partners, project & testing teams and bridge the communication gaps. 
• Possess excellent problem solving, 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Experience in execution of automated test suites preferred with hands – on experience in both waterfall and Agile SDLC models preferred
• Knowledge & experience on JIRA tool is preferred
