Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Business Management team to partner with the Business.


As a Team Leader, through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts, you'll work on multiple initiatives. Primary areas of focus include eliciting Business requirements using document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.


Job responsibilities:


  • Communicate relevant information to management. 
  • Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations. 
  • Resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. 
  • Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. 
  • Collaborate with coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience and proven ability to gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. 
  • Minimizes exposure and risk on project. 
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. 
  • Prepares pitches, presentations to senior management. 
  • Works closely with technology/ operations management on solutions identification and implementation
