Your day to day -


  • Design and Develop Training Materials: Create engaging e-learning modules, infographics, and multimedia content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Canva to support our annual compliance training, Pathways Initiative, and onboarding programs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with HR, IT, and department leaders to identify learning needs, gather requirements, and ensure that training programs align with organizational goals and business-critical initiatives.
  • Manage Curriculum Development Projects: Oversee the end-to-end process of curriculum development, including planning, content creation, and implementation, while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from training participants and stakeholders to refine and enhance learning materials, ensuring they remain effective and relevant to both employees and the organization.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS): Administer and maintain our LMS, ensuring seamless integration of training modules, tracking learner progress, and generating reports to measure the impact of training programs.

What do you need to bring-


  • Proven Instructional Design Experience: Minimum of 3 years in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-learning modules, curriculum development, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency with E-Learning Tools: Expertise in using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to design and deploy interactive training programs.
  • Strong Curriculum Development Skills: Ability to develop comprehensive curricula that align with organizational goals, including lesson planning, content mapping, and assessment design.
  • Excellent Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Competence in collecting and analysing feedback, measuring training effectiveness, and making data-driven improvements to learning materials.
