About the Role:


In this opportunity as a Business System Analyst - Gong, you will:


  • Backlog Management:Maintain and develop a backlog of user stories to continuously improve the Gong instance.


  • Team Support:Assist different teams in the management of the Gong instance to meet their specific needs.


  • System Administration:Manage and maintain Gong 'Company Settings,' including:


    • Users and User Profiles


    • Integrations with other platforms like Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and Genesys


    • Trackers and Custom Vocabulary


    • Company Library and Streams


  • Dashboard Management:Create and manage deal dashboards to provide actionable insights.


  • Technical Troubleshooting:Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure minimal disruption.


  • Reporting:Export reports as needed and manage monthly user usage reports for the AI Adoption Dashboard.


  • User Support:Conduct demos for different teams, user acceptance testing (UAT) for Gong and Salesforce integration, and handle user import requests.


  • Training and Onboarding:Participate in team onboarding and training sessions, conduct office hours for current teams, and provide user training.


  • System Maintenance:Manage and maintain Gong 'Company Settings,' including users, profiles, integrations, trackers, custom vocabulary, company library, and streams.


  • Dashboard Creation:Create and manage deal dashboards.


  • Technical Support:Troubleshoot technical issues and export reports as needed.


  • Reporting:Generate monthly user usage reports for the AI Adoption Dashboard.


  • Demos and UAT:Conduct demos for different teams, perform UAT testing for Gong, and UAT testing for Gong and Salesforce integration.


  • User Requests:Handle user import requests.


  • Training:Participate in team onboarding and training sessions, conduct office hours for current teams, and provide user training.


About You:


Overall, 4 to 6 years of experience working with CRM tool. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience with Gong, as well as strong skills in system integration and user training. Specifically, you should have:


  • Gong Experience:Proven experience working with Gong.


  • Administrative Experience:Experience as a Gong Business Administrator/Technical Administrator is a plus.


  • Salesforce Knowledge:Experience working with Salesforce, especially with Account/Contacts/Opportunity Object, and/or Salesforce Administrator experience is a plus.


  • Office 365 and Teams Proficiency:Comfortable working with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.


  • System Integration Skills:Good understanding of system integration and architectural principles.


  • Agile Methodology:Familiarity with agile methodology to manage workflows and projects efficiently.
