Job Description
- Ensuring smooth running of the business as per set Business Modules/ Operating Principles.
- Actively directing the Sales Team to achieve individual as well as Business Line Targets.
- Facilitating the Commercial Team and Regional FP&A Team in compiling the Annual Operation Planning (AOP)
- Facilitating the Pricing Team and the Commercial Team for compiling Margin Improvement Plan
- Handling Key customer requirements - Pricing, Account Receivables, Cash Discounts, Problem solving.
- Distributor Management – Coordinating for Agreements, Bank Guarantees, Problem Solving •
- Marketing & Sales Audits – Handle Internal and External Audit requirements.
- Supporting the Sales Director with various reports related to Sales, Margins, Opportunity Pipeline, and assisting with data collection for presentations.
- Resolving queries from Commercial Team, Regional Teams (Pricing, FP&A, Product Management) regarding pricing, margins etc.
- Training – Key user for the new tools introduced pertaining to Commercial and training the Team.
