As Business Segment Manager, you will be responsible for driving this business across Zone India.
The key job responsibilities include -
- Order Volume/Revenue and Market Share Development: To plan and monitor the development of Order Volume/Revenue and Market share and to take appropriate actions to meet the targets, by means of impactful market interventions.
- Sales support: Provide technical support to all stakeholders in Sales to help achieve the necessary market share objective. This will involve preparing technical configurations for the projects, presenting the solutions and meeting customers (Private Sales, Government and Key Accounts) , on a regular basis, to enhance mindshare of the solutions from BL XP.
- Constant communication with the market: Utilize all channels of communication available to be in touch with the market (Product Publicity/Advertisements, Direct Mailers, Trade Exhibitions) to remain responsive to the market needs.
- Updating content in Sales presentation: Create/Update the clinical and technical content in Sales presentations with latest clinical content/images/ technical arguments.
- Pre-Sales application demos: To plan and execute presales applications demo to ensure that the prospects are converted into orders.
- Trainings: Plan, organize the Modality specific trainings to different stakeholders as and when the need may arise.
- Luminary and Key Opinion Leader development: Periodically meet the Luminary and KOL customers to build and leverage relationship.
- Competition tracking: Gather market intelligence to understand competition strategies and proactively prepare counter measures in form of compelling arguments through slide decks, sales handbooks etc
- Internal communication : Manage internal communication to key stakeholders by means of XP specific communication, nowcasts, reports and XP newsletters.
