Role Description The Business Readiness team is responsible for the provision of readiness services to the North American business support teams including Operations, Service Delivery, Production Support, Risk & Compliance, and Finance.The role of the Business Readiness Analyst is to provide support for these services as referred to in the Specific Role Responsibilities section below and in line with relevant delivery.Organisational Design n/aTeam Responsibilities Readiness activities for major new clients, jurisdictions and deliveries and ongoing support for existing clientsSpecific Role Responsibilities Business ReadinessSupport readiness activities to facilitate new platform and client implementations from operational start up through migration and warranty including:Track readiness activities throughout delivery lifecycleAttend client requirement functional workshops that relate to operational activitiesWork with Project and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess client requirements/system solution against operational capabilities and raise gapsWork with Project and business SMEs on development of the operating model and process catalogue for new clients or jurisdictionsSupport Project with the development of processes, documenting of process maps, and assistance in writing procedure guides for new servicesWork with Operations teams to develop acceptance test plans and creation of test cases. Monitor and report on test execution and results.
