Business Processes Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Retail – Retail Master Data, Pricing & Promotions


SUMMARY


We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail / Fashion Master Data and Pricing & Promotions experts for the role of Business Process Consultant to work in the Customer facing projects of the Consumer Industries Practice at SAP Adoption Services Centre.


THE ROLE


 As a Business Process Consultant, he/she will be part of our teams that are involved in implementing SAP S/4HANA Products and Solutions at Retail Customers across the world using our Remote based services. Through our Product/Services, he/she will be able to help Customer to wisely use their resources and provide their customer better products at right place and at right time leading to increase in the Top line and thereby making this world a better place to live.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS


Domain expertise:


Should have good understanding of Retail domain.
Should have a keen understanding of the industry trends and the solution trends supporting the industry changes.
Should be able to relate to SAP’s solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry.
Solution expertise:


Solution expertise in the areas of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP IS Retail is expected
Hands on Working knowledge and understanding of Retail Master Data, Pricing & Promotions including implementation experience is MUST
Overview & understanding of SAP CAR solution
Knowledge and exposure to Promotion Management for Retail (PMR), Omni Channel Promotion Pricing (OPP) is an added advantage
Should have been actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
Performing feasibility studies and understanding customer requirements
Detailed planning of process implementation
Define and articulate detailed blueprint for design workshop as well as for Development requirements

OPP, PMR  


Work Experience


Should have at least 2 end-to-end implementations with experience in Implementing the solutions with customer.
At least 5 years of experience as Functional Consultant or similar role
Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile Framework and SAP Activate Methodology
Expertise in Retail and Fashion Industry is mandatory; any exposure to Retail Industry Cloud solutions will be added advantage
Experience in Business AI, Automation and Signavio topics will be added advantage


Educational & Other Competencies:


Minimum educational requirement – Graduation from a reputed institute
Any Post-graduation from reputed institutes is preferred, although not mandatory
SAP Certification in IS Retail and/or SAP S/4HANA Procurement strongly recommended
