Candidate will be a part of the Agilent Global Business Services with the following roles and responsibilities:
Back End Operations, request management
Create Metrics, Reports and Dashboards basis business fundamentals to enable data-driven decisions
Customer Service & Stakeholder management
Building the knowledge base from use cases and updating process documentation
Identifying repeat issues and tagging them to problems.
Professional, in-time and appropriate customer communication to provide them complete insight of the issue and/or the resolution provided or around the future course of action.
Participate in regular review, contribute with ideas around the issues, and provide necessary updates.
Learn about the upcoming changes and new functionalities in the process and ensure proactive support readiness.
Help drive process optimization changes to improve the overall support operations.
Sharing knowledge with peers as well as learning from them to eliminate and knowledge gaps.
Mandatory Requirements:
Knowledge of an order life-cycle e.g. Quote to Cash
Exposure to ERP Environment – preferably SAP ECC, SD & MM
Overview of Supply Chain & Inventory management
Customer Service & Stakeholder’s Management
Expertise in MS Excel & Power BI Skills
Any added knowledge of other AI tools & Automation/Technical tools

Ability to recognize process gaps and take initiative to lead process improvements

Graduate/ Postgraduate with 4 - 6 years of experience.
Typically, at least 3-6 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
Project management skills and expertise in designing and implementing process improvements.
Problem-solving abilities: Must have strong troubleshooting skills to find new ways to help clients with their diverse needs
Out-of-Box and innovative thinking for problem resolution.
Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes.
Solves straight-forward issues, challenges, and problems within system/process of specialization
Deep knowledge and hands on in area of AI, Automation, Power BI,....
Ability to work in a dynamic and progressive global environment (multi-culture, multi- functional, remote environment, hybrid)
