Role Description

The Business Architecture team is at the forefront of designing the target operating model for the Corporate Bank. Our mission is to streamline and create interoperable technology platforms that are centered around client needs and efficient business processes. This is achieved through close collaboration with teams across Coverage, Product Management, Service, Operations, and Technology.

As Business Process Lead, you will engage with global stakeholders across all product lines and functions within the Corporate Bank. Your role is crucial in fostering a ‘process-thinking’ mindset within the organization and spearheading the design of efficient end-to-end processes. These processes form the bedrock of the division’s transformation agenda.

A key aspect of your role involves maintaining the Corporate Bank’s process model. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Process Model requirements and for evolving the business process model in sync with organizational development. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation agenda and shaping the future of our Corporate Bank.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Corporate Bank organization across all products and tribes, incorporating ‘process-thinking’ into daily tasks and aiding in the creation and documentation of efficient processes from start to finish.
• Organize and carry out all tasks related to the Corporate Bank’s business process model as per the bank’s Enterprise Process Model standards, including an annual review and recertification of pertinent processes.
• Drive the evolution of the Corporate Bank’s business process model, concentrating on aligning the model with business requirements and incorporating available process documentation into the value stream-based taxonomy.
• Conduct training sessions on process modelling within the Corporate Bank to facilitate the documentation of (target) processes.
• Act as the Process Governance Lead for the Corporate Bank in relevant bank-wide governance forums.

Your skills and experience

• Preferably experience in process modelling, business process model design and process improvement activities.
• Preferably expertise in Transaction Banking technology or product development.
• Excellent partnering and communication skills as well as stakeholder management combined with the ability to successfully navigate a complex organization, build strong relationships and work collaboratively with other teams.
• Analytical aptitude and strong attention to detail combined with high level of commitment and the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines.
• Degree in Economics/Information Technology or a comparable field.
• Fluent in English.
