Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. You will work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Additionally, you will assist in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met. Your role will also involve educating stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design of business processes to meet process and functional requirements. - Collaborate with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint. - Establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. - Assist in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI. - Strong understanding of business process design and optimization. - Experience in defining characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for business processes. - Knowledge of quality management principles and practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE BTech MCA or equivalent degree is required.BE BTech MCA or equivalent
