Job Description


  • Transition Processes & Delivers highest level of service quality to our internal & external customers in a timely manner
  • Act as a direct link between Company and its potential customers
  • Optimize the process by using various CI & Lean Methodologies
  • Provide solutions to questions and issues that relate to RA products and service offerings
  • Utilize knowledge of Rockwell Automation products, policies & procedures

Required to work in Nigh shifts/Flexible Shifts


Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
