Business Performance Manager, Transition Management

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support operational excellence initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of performance. This role reports to the Operational Excellence Senior Manager and Manager as part of the overall Transition Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational excellence concepts, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Support the development and implementation of transition management and site activation.

  
  

• Assist the transformation senior manager in ensuring effectiveness of US to India work handoff

  
  

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates.

  
  

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  
  

What we expect of you

Doctorate degree

OR

Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of Business Performance, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management experience

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of Business Performance, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management experience

OR

Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Business Performance, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management experience

Must Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen

  
  

• Operational Excellence Experience

  
  

• Expertise in project management principles and documentation

  
  

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in multi-site project models and client communication

  
  

• Preferred experience in corporate operational excellence

  
  

Must Have Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  
  

• Strong analytical skills

  
  

• Good time management and organizational skills

  
  

• Excellent managerial skills
