As a vital member of the team, your main responsibility will be to generate strategic analyses and practical recommendations for the C-Suite and Executive Leadership at a Top Ten US Insurance Carrier. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools, as well as previous experience in analytics firms and a solid educational foundation.

Under their new long-term strategy, our client is looking to diversify their workforce skills and have therefore teamed up with Capgemini to develop Shared Services Centers of Excellence in different locations outside the US. One of those Service Centers is related to strategic and business perfromance analysis to support Executive Leadership and the C-Suite. The work done by this team will help determine performance against strategic imperatives and deliver insights to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Client’s business functions like Product and Pricing Management, Distribution, Underwriting.
