We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior consultant specialist
In this role you will:
- The role as Business Manager reports to and will directly support the Accounts Servicing Value Stream
- Providing business management support to Accounts VS, on all Chief of Staff services including Workforce, Financials, People and Strategy.
- Ensuring business management framework has clearly defined structure including setting monthly cadence for planning, forecasts, reporting and governance.
- Providing operational management support for the execution of the Accounts VS strategy and liaison between the senior leadership team, multi departmental functions and key stakeholders globally
- Reviewing monthly performance metrics and scorecard and work with owners to action changes required to achieve targets
- Liaising with stakeholders across the Value stream to proactively identify and resolve challenges to the delivery of key objectives
- Ensuring the Accounts VS ExCo is fully prepared and briefed for key governance meetings and committees including senior executive and board forums, supplier and customer meeting, as well as regulator engagements. This includes providing strategic insight and support for any papers, briefing notes and follow up on key actions.
