About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager – Sales with a strong background in the petrochemical sector to drive B2B sales and business expansion across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of industry experience, a proven track record in end-user sales, and the ability to develop strong relationships with key clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in the petrochemical market.
Drive direct sales to end-users, ensuring strong business relationships and long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities and grow the existing customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with the best solutions and ensure smooth execution of deals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


Experience: 7-10 years in the petrochemical sector, preferably with experience in container products.
Sales Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales to end-users; no trade experience required.
Education: A chemical qualification is ideal but not a constraint.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai and willing to work full-time from the office.
