Business Manager - eCommerce Unit

Sakman Business Solution LLP is seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager to lead and run our entire eCommerce unit in Dehradun. The role involves overseeing the coordination between the Marketing Partner, IT Development Partner, and other eCommerce service providers. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations, problem-solving, and delivering strategic solutions for business growth. This is a full-time onsite position.

• Lead the eCommerce Unit: Manage the end-to-end operations of the eCommerce unit, ensuring seamless collaboration with marketing, IT, and other partners.
• Partner Management: Coordinate and maintain productive relationships with the Marketing Partner, IT Development Partner, and other service providers to align with business goals.
• Project Management: Handle multiple ongoing projects, define objectives, and ensure timelines and goals are met, while managing resources efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and deliver innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement across the eCommerce unit.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of eCommerce services, analyze key metrics, and optimize processes to meet business targets.
• Team Leadership: Foster collaboration across different teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve overall business goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with senior management, partners, and stakeholders regarding project updates, performance, and issues.
• Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform strategy and drive growth.

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and service providers.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
• In-depth understanding of eCommerce platforms, business analytics, and market trends.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and eCommerce software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, eCommerce, or related field (MBA is a plus).
