Role Description


We are seeking a Business Management Specialist with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial management processes, budgeting, annual planning and resource analysis. The candidate will be responsible in supporting the Core Platform Team & COO with Business Management activities as a part of their day-to-day activities.

Your key responsibilities


  • Provide strategic, analytical, and coordination skills as part of the Business Management team
    Support implementation of strategy and target operating models in-line with local/regional/global standards, footprint and location strategy, people capabilities, minimum control standards, policies, and governance
  • Cost, headcount, footprint planning and forecasting in line with divisional strategies
  • FTE management & Business Coordination
  • Governance & Risk Controls
  • Facilitate process enhancements and overall organizational efficiency with up-to-date awareness, and continuous evaluation of business changes and their impact
  • Develop and produce appropriate Management reports and analysis to present to senior stakeholders
  • Provide in-depth analysis of financials by the creation and preparation of reports to analyze performance against set indicators.
  • Support implementation and execution of business strategy as well as cost /resource management topics and other business initiatives
  • Support the Core Platform Team & COO with regional integration and implementation of global strategic initiatives and projects
  • Establish and ensure adherence to global guidelines, governance standards, tools, processes, and controls
  • Interface with COO, Global and Regional teams and ensure timely information flow to stakeholders.
  • Engage and maintain strong links with other members of the Business Management community

Your skills and experience


  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in Finance or Business Management.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Business Continuity Planning.
    Working Knowledge of financial management processes, budgeting, annual planning, resource analysis.
  • Proven ability to work with management information, financial figures and mass data and experience of coordinating with finance, audit or similar groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn new technology applications as and when needed
  • Knowledge of Tableau applications, SAP & FDW is a plus
  • Experience of working in cost management and analytical with ability to manage multiple priorities/projects to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written.
  • Proven experience of working with senior stakeholder management.
  • Good team player with ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Highly structured and detail oriented with strong organizational and co-ordination skills and ability to ensure high quality and consistency in sharing and receive information, knowledge and expertise within a virtual team environment.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with ability to work independently and provide suitable escalation.
  • Flexible to take over any ad-hoc activity instructed by your manager based on the needs of the team.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to converse clearly with other stakeholders
