e are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst.In this role, you will:
- Provide high standards of Business Management Support which includes resourcing, financial cost control and planning, governance, strategy, functional construct and resolving ad-hoc issues as they arise.
- Support the Business Management function in proactive delivery tracking, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budgets.
- Support Business continuity planning and governance activities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Contribute towards a combined cost and commercial and business management population.
- Maintain a high standard of reporting through MS-Excel, Confluence and JIRA Dashboards Queries and Agile metric views.
- Constructively contribute in driving outcomes and improving efficiencies.
- Engage with functional stakeholders (e.g. Human Resources, Vendor Management, Recruitment), to ensure alignment and progression against WPB IT Insurance’s plans.
- Stay on top of governance control activities like tracking timesheets, Open hire data, Vendor Management.
- Work alongside multiple teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver the combined outcomes.
- Support the Business Management Function to drive a strong culture of governance across the WPB Technology’s Insurance areas.
- Contribute towards ensure HSBC is not put at any operational or reputational risk.
- Contribute to Business Management goals, objectives and key performance indicators.
- Minimize non-compliance across workstreams.
