Position Overview



As a Business Intelligence (BI) Operations Analyst, you will be part of Autodesk's Digital and eCommerce team, primarily responsible for the development and support of Power BI dashboard solutions.  In this role, you will engage in development, maintenance, and quality assurance activities to guarantee that the data displayed to internal stakeholders is both current and accurate. This highly cross-functional role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders and teams across the organization. If you are a motivated, business-oriented individual with a passion for innovation,  this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.



Responsibilities


  • Develop, maintain, and perform quality assurance on tools, Power BI dashboards, and datasets to provide real-time insights into customer behaviors, sales performance, and operational efficiencies


  • Utilize DAX to enhance dashboard functionality and ensure accuracy in reporting


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform complex data sets into actionable insights


  • Analyze dashboard outputs to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in business operations


  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing BI solutions, improving usability and meeting changing business needs


  • Train and support team members in using BI tools to foster a data-driven culture within the company



Minimum Qualifications


  • Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Math, or a related field.


  • Proven experience in Power BI, including building dashboards, using DAX, and understanding data models


  • Strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of numerical data and the ability to identify trends and anomalies


  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders


  • Adaptable and proactive in a rapidly changing environment


  • Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data integration and transformation processes



Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in a digital eCommerce environment, particularly utilizing BI tools to drive business decisions


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive manner to non-technical stakeholders
