Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Head to lead and drive the retail operations in the apparel and fashion industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing business growth, revenue generation, brand positioning, and operational excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of fashion retail, market trends, customer behavior, and omnichannel strategies.


Key Requirements:


  1. Education: MBA/PG in Business Management, Retail, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 8-10+ years in retail, apparel, or fashion industry with leadership experience.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics.
  4. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage large-scale operations.
  5. Analytical & Decision-Making: Data-driven approach to problem-solving and business decisions.
  6. Tech & Digital Savvy: Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and omnichannel retail strategies. 
  7. Networking & Relationship Building: Strong industry connections and the ability to forge strategic partnerships.
  8. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive approach in identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and driving innovation

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Business Growth:


  1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.  Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans (store expansion, franchise models, e-commerce growth, etc.).
  2. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to stay ahead of industry shifts.

Sales & Revenue Management:


  1. Set and achieve sales targets, P&L goals, and operational KPIs.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  3. Optimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies to maximize profitability

Retail Operations & Store Performance:


  1. Ensure seamless store operations, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
  2. Implement best practices in visual merchandising, customer experience, and store layout optimization. Monitor store performance metrics and take corrective actions where necessary.

E-commerce & Omnichannel Strategy:


  1. Drive digital transformation and omnichannel integration.
  2. Enhance customer experience across online and offline touchpoints.
  3. Leverage technology and analytics to drive personalized customer engagement
