About the job Business Development Representative (Remote)
Job Description:
We are seeking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join us as independent contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for building your own pipeline and conducting outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to promote our platform and get them signed up for our waitlist. Compensation is purely commission-based, offering significant earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently build and manage your own pipeline of SMB prospects.
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, etc.) to promote our platform and drive sign-ups.
- Effectively communicate the platforms benefits and value proposition.
- Manage relationships with prospects and provide follow-up when necessary.
- Track and report on sign-up progress and outreach activities.
Compensation:
- Commission-Based Only: You will earn a commission for each successful sign-up. The more sign-ups you generate, the more you earn.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Ability to independently build and manage your own pipeline.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as a contractor.
- Experience with SMB outreach is a plus.
