As a Market Research & BD Associate at Nuclei, you’ll be the backbone of our business development efforts—researching markets, identifying prospects, and ensuring seamless follow-ups. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our global footprint and building valuable partnerships in the fintech space.
Nuclei is a profitable fintech SaaS firm working already with over 20 large BFSI clients across India, MEA & SEA in just 6+ years.

And most importantly, we wanted to change the perception of India, from being a back-office/outsourcing destination to a product destination.

What Will You Do?As a Market Research & BD Associate at Nuclei, you will:
- Research & Identify Prospects – Conduct in-depth market research to find potential clients across global markets (APAC, MENA, SEA, Europe).
- Support Sales Efforts – Assist the sales team by identifying opportunities and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
- Manage Smaller Customers – Engage with smaller accounts, educate them about our offerings, and help close deals with seller support.
- Conduct Platform Demos – Showcase Nuclei’s platform to potential customers, providing a clear understanding of its benefits.
- Follow Up & Coordinate – Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and sellers to maintain deal momentum.
- Maintain Sales Pipeline – Keep track of prospect interactions, update records, and provide insights to improve outreach strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities- Market & Industry Research – Identify potential clients and understand their needs and challenges.
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through targeted research and personalized outreach.
- Platform Demos – Conduct introductory demos to showcase Nuclei’s solutions to potential customers.
- Follow-ups & Coordination – Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and assist the sales team in deal closures.
- Sales Pipeline Support – Maintain accurate records of prospects, track engagement, and provide insights to refine outreach strategies.
Who Can Apply?- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Strong research, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with an eye for detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
