BD Managers - Partnerships and Sourcing needed in a Financial Institution in Delhi (South Delhi)
Immediate Joining.

Job Summary:The BD Manager for Partnerships and Sourcing will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing relationships with partners such as consultants, counsellors, agents, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The primary goal is to source and cultivate high-quality leads for student loans through these partnerships, thereby driving business growth and expanding market reach.


Key Responsibilities:Partnership Development:Identify potential partners, including educational consultants, counsellors, agents, and DSAs.Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture partnerships.Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements.Lead Sourcing and Conversion:Collaborate with partners to generate and qualify student loan leads.Ensure partners are well-informed about loan products and processes.Monitor and support the conversion of leads into loan applications.Relationship Management:Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to partners.Address any issues or concerns raised by partners promptly.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track and analyze the performance of partnership channels.Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.Develop insights and strategies to improve partnership effectiveness.Market and Industry Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Gather feedback from partners and the market to refine loan products and services.Identify opportunities for growth and new partnership channels.


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).3 - 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or education sector.Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.Strong understanding of loan products and financial services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


Skills:Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective partnership strategies.Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.Strong analytical skills to assess partnership performance and identify improvement opportunities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
