Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the sales efforts for Odin Software Solutions. This role is key to driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions in MES, PLC, SCADA, Industry 4.0, and automation technologies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve sales targets through lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client base.
  • Present and demonstrate Odin solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 5–8 years in PLC, SCADA, MES, Industry 4.0, and project management.
  • Proven sales success with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in automation solutions, software sales, and project planning.
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
