Key Responsibilities:-
Business development
Lubricant oil component additive business for PSU’s and private manufacturers
Frequent visit to customers for the generation of new leads and enquiries/ RFQ’s related to Lubes additives
Responsible for quotation/ bid submission to clients
Strong in aggressive follow ups and negotiations
Customer relationship management- Develop and sustain long term relationship with clients (PSU’s & private). Manage relationship with existing customer and develop relationship with new customers
Preparation of Sales target/ AOP/Projection
Target to development of package business for company.
Business Management
Managing existing lube oil additive business in India and ensure targeted growth on yearly basis
Attainment of monthly and annual sales target
Manage dispatch of material with in region
Review of AR and timely collection of Payment from client
Customer reports and internal reports preparation and submission should be ensured
Monitoring of stocks and managing inventories
Ready to travel with in region as per business requirement.
Liaising
Liaise with other team members of Sales Team & Technical team within organization Liaise with R&D for new product development as per market requirement.
Interpersonal & Team development
Competence:-
Education - BE Chemical / Mechanical
Work Experience - Business development manager in Lube oil additive business. Preferred companies are Afton/Lubrizol/Azelis or any other
