Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Aundh, Pune
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


Working Timings : 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (Mon to Sat)


Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the day-to-day operations at Metaverse Learn. While the founder and investor will provide strategic direction, the BDM will be responsible for executing the business plan and driving key initiatives. This role will involve overseeing operations, sales and marketing strategies, customer support, and regional expansion. A primary focus will be on meeting sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans. Travelling is involved in this profile.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieving Sales Goals: Own the responsibility for meeting revenue goals, refining sales processes, and identifying new business opportunities to increase conversions and promote growth.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy: Create and execute strategies to achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth delivery of live sessions, with seamless coordination between trainers, learner support, and the technical team.
  • Customer Support: Ensure efficient and timely resolution of learner queries and feedback to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Business Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for business expansion into new regions and markets, scaling operations to grow the customer base.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to the founder, outlining key metrics, challenges, and recommendations for business improvement and growth.


Must-Have Qualifications:


  • Proven experience at least 3 years in business management, sales, and operations (experience in edtech is a plus).
  • A successful track record in meeting sales targets and developing growth strategies.
  • Experience in a startup environment is preferred, with an emphasis on scaling operations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, sales funnels, and customer acquisition.
