Job Description: Business Development Manager
We are looking for Business Development Managers (BDM) who can thrive on identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, setting stretched financial goals, and celebrating with remuneration tied to performance. You will be joining our fast-growing business development team based out of Mumbai, India. BDMs are crucial in outbound sales and generating predictable revenues. This role will primarily focus on prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, meetings, demos and subtle but persistent persuasion.

Being a BDM isn’t easy. It requires the resilience of an elephant. Handling numerous rejections, lack of responses via phone calls, SMS, and emails, and minimal engagement on social media posts can challenge even seasoned professionals. That's why you must bring your full expertise to bear every day to make a significant impact. Patience, persuasion, and a positive attitude are crucial for maintaining success in this role.
You will be based in Mumbai and have the option to work fully remotely. However, you will need to visit client sites as and when required (mostly within Mumbai) and occasionally meet the rest of the business development team at our HQ in Bangalore, or travel to international client sites should the need arise. If you are among the few who do not like to leave your home, then this role may not be suitable for you. If you enjoy being out and about and meeting lots of people, then this is precisely the role for you.
