Conduct in-depth market research by traveling to different geographies and meeting different stakeholders to map the territories thoroughly and gather knowledge and intelligence from the field
Analyze market intelligence, data and internal sales data to identify areas of opportunity and improvement for the business – including GTM recommendations, sales skill upliftment etc
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis encompassing as many facets of the business as possible
Understand and develop detailed process maps for all internal sales processes capturing the stages, stakeholders and approval flows within those stages
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders & collaborate with the Sales team to set targets, measure performance, and track KPIs
Assist in the forecasting process by analyzing historical sales data and market conditions
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency
Prepare presentations and reports summarizing analysis and recommendations for leadership & stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance analytical processes
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
4 to 6 years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a related field
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data management
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
