Job Title: Business Development Executive (Females Only) (Oracle, ERP OR SAAS)
Experience: 1+ Years in Oracle Products
Employment Type: Full-time, with benefits
Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Core Onto Digital Marketing.
Preferred Skills: Experience working with Oracle Products.  
Work Schedule: 5 days (Sunday to Thursday) with Friday and Saturday off
Location: Hyderabad  / Work From Office

Job Description:


As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base by acquiring new enterprise customers, generating high-potential leads, and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities include:


  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective clients through various sales channels, including digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and targeted ads.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions involving Oracle Products.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through effective sales strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with Oracle product developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to enhance your sales approach.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and leverage digital channels effectively.
