Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1-2 years of experience to drive client acquisition and expand our business network. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and skilled in sales strategies and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct virtual/in-person meetings to pitch our services and close deals.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM tools.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize agreements.
- Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
