Job Description:- We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a focus on telecalling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales orientation and excellent communication skills, responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our customer base primarily through outbound calls. The role will require consistent follow-up on leads, closing sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads, explain products/services, and gauge interest.
Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing: Maintain continuous communication with leads and prospects, providing them with the necessary information and updates to move them through the sales funnel.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers, addressing their concerns and providing personalized solutions.
Sales Conversions: Convert prospects into paying customers by closing sales over the phone, negotiating terms, and finalizing deals.
CRM Management: Record all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales pipelines.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
