Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities


1. Identifying Opportunities for New Business Development


  • Follow-Up on Leads: Regularly review and follow up on leads generated through referrals, networking events, and online inquiries.
  • Conduct Research: Analyze industry trends, market data, and target client profiles to identify potential business opportunities.

2. Generating New Business Opportunities


  • Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.
  • Provide Solutions: Offer tailored solutions that align with client needs, demonstrating how our services or products can effectively address their pain points.

3. Managing the Sales Process


  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all stages are properly managed and documented.
  • Close Deals: Use effective negotiation and closing techniques to convert prospects into clients.

4. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships


  • Client Engagement: Regularly engage with existing clients to nurture relationships, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
  • Portfolio Management: Actively manage and develop the existing client portfolio to maximize satisfaction and retention.

5. Meeting Targets


  • Activity and Revenue Goals: Set and work towards meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

6. Communication Channels


  • Customer Communication: Maintain various channels for effective communication with customers, ensuring responsiveness and clarity.

7. Handling Offers and Orders


  • Submission of Offers: Prepare and submit offers to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Review: Review customer orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

8. Customer Complaint Management


  • Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

9. Analyzing Customer Satisfaction


  • Feedback Collection: Obtain and analyze customer satisfaction information to gauge service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

10. Quality and Improvement


  • Quality Objectives: Ensure that the company's quality objectives are consistently met and maintained.
  • Corrective Actions: Initiate and implement corrective and preventive actions to address any quality issues or process deficiencies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
