Key Responsibilities:


  1. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify relevant tender opportunities in the industrial electrical motors service sector.
  2. Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents while ensuring full compliance with all client requirements, regulations, and deadlines.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal departments to gather the necessary data and supporting documentation for tender submissions.
  4. Manage the end-to-end process of tender submissions, including ensuring timely submissions, tracking tender status, and following up on the outcomes.
  5. Maintain a database of all tender-related documentation, including contracts, past tenders, terms, and outcomes for easy reference and future use.
  6. Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries related to tender offers and the services provided, ensuring accurate information is delivered.
  7. Prepare internal and external communications such as reports, letters, and presentations for project updates and customer engagement.
  8. Assist in building and managing customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  9. Work closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements thoroughly and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Skills Required:


  • Strong knowledge of the industrial electrical motors service sector.
  • Proficiency in tender preparation and submission processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command over MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
